The exhibition "The Family of Man" contains 503 photographs of 273 authors from 68 countries and was introduced for the first time in the museum of Modern Arts in New York. It is like a manifesto for peace and equalization of all people. These values are given by humanistic photos of the post-war period. After it was issued in about 160 museums in the whole world, it found in 1994 its final location in Clervaux. Since 2003 it is a part of the "Memory of the World" register of UNESCO.
